Radioddity DB25 Pro
The DB25 Pro is a reasonable dual-band mobile, but the QB25/DB25 CHIRP mix-up is a real trap for a first-time user. The QYT KT-8900D delivers similar core performance, CHIRP support without the profile confusion, and a longer track record for about the same money.

Overview
The DB25 Pro is Radioddity's dual-band quad-standby mobile, switching between 25 and 10 watts of output and monitoring four channel combinations across VHF and UHF at once. It ships with a programming cable and Windows driver, a mic audio gain setting, DTMF and 2/5-tone squelch, and a temperature-controlled cooling fan that only spins up above 113°F. Radioddity doesn't publish a specific memory channel count for this model.
CHIRP support comes with a catch worth flagging: Radioddity's own instructions say to select the radio profile "QB25," not "DB25," or the frequencies will be written wrong. That is an easy mistake for a first-time CHIRP user to make, and it is the kind of front-panel-adjacent friction that is common on budget Chinese mobiles. At 279 ratings and 4.0 stars it sits at the lower end of the review spectrum for this lineup, and the feature and value scores reflect a basic analog radio at a price that isn't quite as sharp as the QYT alternatives.
